A LITTLE STORY

NANBU BIJIN — A SMALL TOWN, A BIG WIN

IIn 2017, Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai was named Champion Sake at the International Wine Challenge in London. But there’s a local story behind the award: it’s made with Ginotome rice grown in Ninohe, Iwate, together with local water and generations of brewing craft. A world-class bottle with deep roots in one small Japanese town.
